Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products except livestock. Simply return defective items to us in its original box and wrapping and we will refund you in full.

Corals and livestock returns policy

I understand it can be unnerving buying corals and being unsure if the quality is good and if they will last longer than a few days.  Therefore we offer the standard DOA that other stores offer and a further extended one month discretionary warranty.

We offer an extended DOA returns policy on corals.  Report any DOA's on the day of arrival by messaging and attached photos to receive a refund or replacement. P&P is refundable when stock is purchased directly through this site. We understand some stock may be badly handled through transit, therefore we extend a discretionary warranty on corals of up to a month from post. If you get a coral from us and you are not entirely satisfied with the presentation, take photos as best you can of it in its bag and continue with the coral acclimatisation as outlined in our guide here.  If the corals continue to decline over the following days and weeks, take further photos of it inside your aquarium.  If all the other corals are healthy but the one we sent you is dying, it is clear that it is unlikely that there is anything wrong with your aquarium and we will very likely refund you.
